Tournament Team Starting This Week
This Saturday will be our first meeting for our BMMA Concord Tournament Team. We will be training hard each week to prepare for a Sport Jiu-jitsu (sparring with grappling) tournament on September 19th. This year the team is primarily invitational but if you have interest and we have not yet spoken to you please let me know.

Just a quick reminder . . .
Bay-Mountain Martial Arts will be closed for Memorial Day (saturday 5-23 through monday 5-25). We will be closed to perform and present at Kidfest 2009!!!

Wing Tsun Seminar 2009-05-03
On Sunday as usual we had a rockin’ Wing Tsun seminar presented by Sifu Simon Mayer. We had a great time with lots of kung fu, and some guests from Sihing Adrian’s school in Oakland, as well as an appearance from Sihing Pramada and his wife Leoni.
Congratulations to all of our students who advanced in level on Sunday!!!
